We are open 9am - 6pm, 7 days a week, no booking necessary, just turn up! We host parties at anytime, any day. We aim to take the stress out of it and we always do our best to accommodate any special requests to make your party an event to remember for all of the right reasons!! We are also available for private hire parties from 6pm every evening. We have a cafe serving hot and cold meals from 9am - 4.30pm and snacks all day, everyday.

What is the Students' Union? The University of Bolton Students' Union (UBSU) is the representative body for students at Bolton. UBSU exists to represent you, provide services for you (social, commercial and welfare) without discrimination on grounds of sex, race, sexuality, age, religion or creed. When you enrol as a student at the University of Bolton you automatically become a member of the Students' Union. This entitles you to use any of our services and facilities that we offer. The Union exists for your benefit and we work purely in the interest of all students. Don't worry if you don't want to be a member, you have the right to opt-out, and you can still use our services and facilities. The Students' Union is run by students for students and is a democratically elected and inclusive organisation. The Executive Team is made up of sabbatical and non-sabbatical officers. This team is responsible for the day to day running of the Students' Union, also on hand are the Students' Union staff who are able to offer you help and advice whatever the problem. The best way to learn about the Students' Union is to visit us. We are located in the chancellor's building off chancellor's mall! Come and meet the Executive Team, have a coffee in The Loft, see what clubs and societies we have on offer or just have a wander round. Our door is always open. Remember there is no such thing as strangers – only friends you haven't yet met. LITTLE GIGGLES DAY NURSERY Welcome to Little Giggles Day Nursery We are a family run business within the heart of Little Lever, a warm and friendly village. We are situated on the local bus route and on the main road through Little Lever. We are a new Nursery preparing to open on January 7th 2013.Our aim is to provide you with up to date learning for your child in a warm and friendly homely environment. We follow the EYFS and are all trained to a high standard within this to offer your child the best possible start in life. Our mission is to teach the children to a high standard enabling them to prepare for further education. Our nursery is fully equipped with a range of activities and toys to stimulate your child. With a range of toys, creative play, messy play, outdoor play, soft play and IT equipment your child will not be lost on the learning spectrum. We have three main rooms with in the nursery, the baby room, the toddler room and the pre-school room. Children in the baby room will be aged 6 weeks to 18 months, or that of a steady toddler. Once they are confident in walking they will continue through the nursery to our toddler room, ages 18 month – 3 years. At 3 years your child will be developing a vast range of knowledge in many areas and will move up to the pre-school room where they will stay until it’s time for big school. We also have additional rooms where your child will be able to visit with their key worker on a regular basis. There is the library and the soft play den which is both situated on the 1st floor of the nursery. Then we have our sensory room which is situated on the ground floor offering easy access, bright lights, touchy feely toys and much more. We have an outdoor area at the back of the building where children have a range of experiments, equipment’s and bikes to pass their day. The baby room also has a small courtyard for sleeping times or just general playing out. The children are offered our breakfast service between 7.30am -8.30am .There is a variety of cereals to choose from. The children are then offered snack at 9.30am which could include toast, crumpets, potato cakes etc or a piece of fruit. The children will be served with a warm homemade dinner and a pudding at 12.00 noon. We then offer a light snack at 3pm .The children will have their own water bottles which are accessible throughout the day. We like to promote baby lead weaning and encourage our younger children to join us with our home made meals. Babies are welcome to bring in a tub of their milk to stay at nursery .We ask for their bottles to be brought in daily filled with water so we can make up a bottle when your child is ready. We offer a range of hours to suit you. Our hours are 7.30am till 6.00pm, 7.30am – 1.00pm, 9.00am -3.00pm or 1.00pm- 6.00pm.
