We support local suppliers, therefore our menus are both regional and seasonal and we champion traditional Lancashire dishes, always striving to create new and exciting flavour combinations with some of the countries finest ingredients. We also serve a wide range of cask ales, draught beers, extensive wine list and full range of hot beverages.
