The Music Hall is Aberdeen's premier concert hall venue. Located in the heart of the city centre the Music Hall plays host to a wide variety of concerts, performances, shows and events. From classical concerts to contempary comedy the Music Hall has something for you. Since 1822 the Music Hall has been the heart of the concert and community life in the North East of Scotland. A celebrated landmark in the city's main thoroughfare of Union Street, the Music Hall is a proud reminder of Aberdeen's most famous architect, Archibald Simpson. The Music Hall is operated by Aberdeen Performing Arts, a charitable company which also operates and manages His Majesty's Theatre, The Lemon Tree and Aberdeen Box Office.

Originally a host to regular, strictly alcohol-free dances, the venue has always been a a popular local fixture. Its transformation to St. K's in the 1980s saw the dances continue while housing various community arts groups and a vegetarian restaurant. The decision was taken by Aberdeen City Council at the start of the 1990s to create a permanent home for the burgeoning audience attending the city's rock, theatre and comedy Alternative Festival held annually. In 1992 The Lemon Tree was born, named after the pub which had existed on the site before the building of St. Katharine's. The Lemon Tree is operated by Aberdeen Performing Arts, a charitable organisation which also operates and manages the Music Hall, His Majesty's Theatre and Aberdeen Box Office.

Locus Breadalbane is a community organisation which manages the Locus Centre and the Town Hall in Aberfeldy. Both venues provide a variety of rooms and halls suitable for every event. The Town Hall has a well-equipped kitchen, two halls, and two smaller meeting rooms, with a small cafe-style room as well. The Locus Centre has a large auditorium, and a small meeting room.
