Our main office is located in Kingston, Greater London, where we would always welcome a personal visit from you. We are aware that most people get nervous when speaking with a private investigator and that the initial call can at times be a big decision - for this reason we offer a friendly, reassuring and sympathetic ear. We deem ourselves to have five main teams with different specialties. Firstly our UK tracing team who work solely from our UK offices working UK and international trace enquires, our background and vetting team who are also based in-house, and our surveillance team who are used for all our surveillance operations and undercover investigations are based all over the south east and are also represented in Manchester and Glasgow and using reliable contracted sub-agents if required. And lastly our bug sweep team who are based in the midlands and cover the whole of the country.

Our Security
We are currently fully operational on PGP encryption which enables our clients to securely pass work through our emailing system ensuring that only those with their own encryption keys are able access the information. All paperwork is securely locked away behind key coded entry doors together with locked filing systems (and only kept for scheduled DPA dates) Our head office is fully alarmed with sensors on all floors and activation will illicit an immediate Police response.
Insurances
We have full professional liability and indemnity insurance cover and have fail-safe disaster recovery plans in place. Upon the receipt of your instructions we will assign one of our hand picked expert investigators to complete your enquiry to its conclusion. They will also be supported and assisted by our experienced, friendly and fully staffed customer service team whom we guarantee will reply to all your queries efficiently, swiftly and with upmost professionalism.
