Founded by Sir Richard Stilgoe in 1998, Orpheus provides unique opportunities for young disabled adults (18-25) with a passion for performing arts. We promote transition and personal development through performing arts so students gain the skills to live independently in the community and to make informed choices about their futures. Two races live in the remains of a world devastated by war, their only hope for peace is a passionate young girl – but she is locked away, hidden from her dangerous and powerful father! Set amongst the rubble, the Musical of Small Remains takes you on an epic journey of love, betrayal and vengeance, revolutionaries and generals. This exciting and highly innovative production is a new work entirely created and performed by students at Orpheus.

Hannafords is the Kingston Hill Campus Bar, ideally situated for Halls and all departments at Kingston Hill! Hidden inside the shell of a World War II military cinema you will find a stylish, modern, comfortable bar with facilities including 3 pool tables, big screen TV & 3 plasma screens with Sky Sports, Wii/Xbox. If you are going to be living on Kingston Hill, Hannafords will be like your second home. Like the other Students’ Union bars, the prices are kept at affordable, competitive prices, meaning you can enjoy a drink or few without breaking the bank. You can also grab yourself a hot drink or a juice, and the on-site Subway helps fill any empty stomachs. The bar has hosted comedy nights, guest DJs, live bands, quiz nights and everything else you would expect from your "local", but with a bit more style.

Creative Youth enables young people to realise their potential through the arts. We allow young people to be involved with innovative, original, ambitious projects and work with artists of the highest quality, often encouraging the artists themselves to take risks and push boundaries within their own work. In close collaboration with key partners, we mentor young individuals, entrepreneurs and organisations by providing artistic, business and strategic support, allowing the next generation of artists to flourish. We are very fortunate to enjoy the active involvement of our President, HRH the Earl of Wessex, as well as other influential figures.
