Tae Kwon-Do is the Korean martial art of self-defence and is used by the Korean military. 'Tae' means 'jump, kick or smash with the foot', 'Kwon' means 'fist or punch, to destroy with the hand', 'DO' means 'art, way or method.' Tae Kwon-Do is an exciting combat sport in which skills are tested in a rigorously controlled competition environment, wearing safety equipment. It is a healthy, fitness-promoting activity for people of all ages encouraging both self-respect and self-discipline. Classes help promote balance & co-ordination, flexibility, championship sparring, traditional martial art techniques, self-defence and much more... Do not worry about your level of fitness as we can slowly build your level safely. As a club we enjoy taking part in regional, national and international competitions and have achieved 1st place in the regional competition in 2002, 2003, 2007, 2009 and 2012. 2nd place in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2011 and 3rd place in 2010. FC Belper Tavern Rovers is an amateur British football team from Belper, Derbyshire. The team currently plays in the Derbyshire Taverners Intermediate League 1. FC Belper Tavern Rovers was founded by Dean Jones, a carpenter and owner of a private business in the wood-supply industry, and Joe Carnelly, an authorized Mercedes Benz dealer. The two men wanted to re-invent the football club formerly known as The Greyhound FC (founded 1999). In early 2012, Jones & Carnelly employed a young entrepreneur named Jonathan Pearce as Director of Football. Pearce (GQ Man of the Year 2008) soon found investment and in August 2012 the Belper Tavern Pub invested in the club, buying a 74 percent stake. Due to the generous investment the team was renamed and is now known as FC Belper Tavern Rovers. In 2012 the team moved to a new stadium in Belper with a capacity of approximately 200 spectators. The opening match on September 27 proved to be a success with FC Belper Tavern Rovers beating Draycott Utd 2–1. The Badgers is the official fanclub of FC Belper Tavern Rovers. It was founded in the beginning of August 2012.

Founded in 1908, the club has built up proud and countrywide renowned traditions of sportsmanship and friendliness that present-day teams continue to uphold.
