We are a team that fundraise for different charitys that we have being supporting over the past 9 years. Starlight children's foundation- We have supported starlight which helps terminally ill children to grant them a wish. We have fundraise for starlight. Due to other charity's we fundraise for we dont get the time to run another charity's. However we will be fundraisng again for starlight and its bigger and better BBC Children in need- We are a GREAT supporter. BBC Children in need and since 2002 we hae helped raise £4,444.99p. Bransby homes of rest for horses~ Doesn't need your money but needs postage stamps that are collected to fund for hay and looking after them. Bransby rescues abandoned horses where they get neglected and abused which they shouldn't be treated. They are a great charity and stamps needed to continue there work!

Our biggest event is the annual Paddock Wood Carnival which is the Second Saturday inf July, and take place on St Andrews Field. We also run Santa's Sleigh in December, the Duck Race in June and various other fundraising events.

The Palace Theatre is set in the heart of Paignton and is really has a community feel to it.. The Theatre is proud to work with local community groups and projects to establish itself as a place of entertainment and learning for all .. Please find listed below some of the groups associated with and also some that are based at the Theatre... Friends of the Palace The friends Of the Palace Theatre are 1,000 plus people who care for the Palace theatre and it's future. They are dedicated to supporting the theatre by raising awareness of it's place in the community by promoting its productions, and by raising funds for it's continual improvement. The friends applauded the council's decision to invest in the future of this wonderful theatre in 2005 and along with the friends, & English Heritage raised over £933,000 for the complete refurbishment of the venue to bring it into the 21st century. Some of the work involved in the refurbishment included Improved Disability Access Repairs to the roof and fabric of the building New raked enhanced viewing seating New temperature control systems including air conditioning Better Box Office facilities. Extension to the bar area The friends maintain a presence in the theatre by meeting and greeting everyone who visits the theatre, they continue to develop the portfolio of the theatre by holding functions such as their monthly coffee mornings to raise much needed funds to keep this valuable theatre running.
