Visit www.oschoral.org for full list of works performed.
The choir gives two major concerts a year, Christmas and Spring, plus special request invitation concerts. Most concerts are performed in churches in and around Oswestry however, some require a larger venue such as joint and invitation concerts. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings during school term in the Musgrave Centre, Moreton Hall School at 7.30pm. Leading up to the concerts extra rehearsals may be called by the choir’s musical director. These rehearsals are usually for individual voice sections (soprano, alto, tenor and bass) and take place at a suitable time and venue by arrangement.
New members are always welcome and auditions are not held. All the society asks is that members can sing in tune and are prepared to attend rehearsals on a regular basis.
The choir rehearses each Wednesday evening during term time in Moreton Hall School at 7.30pm
