The Colin neighbourhood is a number of local neighbourhoods on the outskirts of greater West Belfast and within the Lisburn City Council local government boundaries. These neighbourhoods include Twinbrook, Poleglass, Kilwee and Lagmore. The Partnership consists of local people and organisations, elected and community representatives, and government bodies working together to address the issues which affect the lives of the people living in the Colin community.

LHQAG are delighted to be celebrating the 10th anniversary year of Art on the Rails which is held once a week on a Saturday, bringing the ornate railings of Castle Gardens to life and providing the public with an opportunity not only for the public to purchase new and original artwork, but a chance to meet the artists. To celebrate its tenth season LHQAG wishes to branch out and introduce new artists from a range of backgrounds. So, if you are a musician, performance artist or visual artist interested in taking part why not register. Art on the Rails will commence on Sat 30 March and run every Saturday from 11am-3pm until the end of September 2013.
