To raise awareness and improve Grangemouth Zetland park and restore pride in the town Zetland Park is a sad disgrace. At one time it was the a place of beauty, now ...just ugly. Despite being well maintained by workers like Barry and his crew. The Falkirk Council Website describes it thus: "Zetland Park is the main park in Grangemouth. Among the facilities Zetland Park offers are crazy golf, tennis courts, bouncy castle, giant slide and electric cars. There are also football pitches, rose gardens and a cenotaph" Most of these things are seasonal and in the darker months we can look forward to enjoying waterlogged paths, an unused concrete (empty) pool (all year round) and a lack of sufficient lighting for anyone to feel safe walking through at night.
