Over the past 20 years we have built a team of professional trades people and suppliers who we work closely with to achieve a high quality finish with attention to detail.
Working in either a traditional or contemporary style we offer a comprehensive or partial design service that includes soft furnishings, lighting design, fitted or freestanding furniture ideas along with decoration. We also offer project management if required.
Our showroom has an extensive library of pattern books showcasing collections of wallpapers and fabrics from leading fabric houses and designers where you are welcome to browse.

Sue graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with a degree in Design in 1984.
Sue opened her first business venture, an art gallery and picture framers which she ran for a number of years before diversifying into the fashion industry for a short while. Her strong interest in interior design led her to create Sue Hanley Interiors which over the past 20 years has evolved and grown into the successful business it is today.

Assistant Designer.
Jo graduated from Huddersfield University with a degree in Interior Design in 2009.
Jo joined Sue Hanley interiors in 2009 and quickly settled in after having already spent 12 months working alongside Sue in her placement year from university. She has become a valued member of the team, developing her own style and ideas working across all aspects of the projects.
