Oakham & Stamford Physiotherapy Clinics are run by Mrs P White and were established in 1997. We are well known for providing high quality physiotherapy and podiatry to clients within Rutland, Lincolnshire and surrounding counties and have excellent links with local GPs and consultants.
Physiotherapy is used for the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, including back and neck pain, and general aches and pains in the muscles or joints.
Podiatry aims to improve the mobility, independence and quality of life for patients, by assessing, diagnosing and treating people with problems of the feet, ankles and lower limbs.
Our physiotherapists are all registered with the Health Professions Council and all our physiotherapists are chartered and are allowed to use the title M.C.S.P.
In our Clinics, we treat a wide variety of conditions including low back pain, neck pain, whiplash, shoulder and arm pain, ligament injuries as well as sports injuries such as muscle pulls and tears. We adopt a holistic approach to patient care and offer Physiotherapy, Sports Injury Treatment, Sports Massage, Gait Analysis and Acupuncture.
In your Home
The Clinics also provides a home visit service for clients who are unable to come to us for treatment. Our specialist team treat neurological, spinal and brain injuries providing you with the help and support to treat you at home and get you back on your feet following injury or illness. This ensures that your problem can be dealt with efficiently.
We see people with a variety of needs. For example, people who have had a stroke, have fallen or have reduced mobility due to pain, illness or injury, chest problems, or other neurological conditions such as Parkinsons, Guillain-Barre and MS. We can provide either short term rehabilitation, such as after a stay in hospital (intermediate care), or longer term management programmes for clients with chronic or disabling conditions who are looking to achieve and maintain their potential.

Fast access to physiotherapy in the workplace can reduce sickness absence whilst also helping employees remain in work and perform to their full potential. Our workplace physiotherapy service offers a range of corporate services designed to help employees maintain their health at work.
