As part of our ISO9001:2008 Quality Management system we obtain feedback from our customers regarding our overall level of service after jobs are completed. We like to ensure our standard of work meets our customer's expectations – without our customers we wouldn't have a business. All PAT Technicians are fully trained, qualified and experienced; they have a minimum qualification of City & Guilds 2377 for Inspection & Testing of Electrical equipment. Due to the delicate nature of some of the environments our technicians work in, we ensure that all staff are rigorously security checked by obtaining Enhanced-CRB disclosures. Technicians wear Bexan uniforms and carry Enhanced CRB photo-id badges.
