Richard Becker Photography
Photography has long been an interest for me, coming from a lifelong passion for the natural world. I have been taking photographs of wildlife since my teens and have been working professionally since 2002 including commissioned work for many local and national clients such as the Lloyds Hotel in Llanidloes, near where I live, and the Woodlands Trust. My images have also appeared in publications including BBC Wildlife Magazine, Gardener’s World, Natur Cymru, and various national newspapers, as well as sales to books and magazines globally. My work is marketed by several agencies including the world renowned nature picture library FLPA, as well as Alamy and The Photolibrary Wales.
When taking pictures, I combine photographical ability learned through a lifetime of practice with a profound understanding of the natural world and its conservation, which is reflected in my photographs.
