Our aim is to provide young people between the ages of 14 and 19 with the opportunity of gaining vocational qualifications locally and to support them in the transition from school to further education, training or employment.

I'm an Ofsted registered child minder living in the centre of holsworthy, close to the school, children's centre, nursery, park and shops. I have been minding for 5 years. I care for children from 0-8+ within my own home. I'm open mon-fri from 7.00am until 7.00pm. saturdays ans sundays are available on request. I also offer babysitting in child's own home. I have full and part time spaces available. I have 3 children of my own, the oldest is 7 and the youngest is 1, all girls!

Little Starz is guitar lessons specifically designed for Early Years and specialises in ages 3-7. Sessions include learning how to hold a guitar, basic hand movements and guitar techniques; Learning about different sounds and notes and how to use various equipment. Little Starz is designed to teach your child the first basic steps in playing the guitar. Little Starz sessions will also help your childrens development through the Early Years Foundation Stage, recognising different sounds, learning fine motor skills which help develop their handwriting furthur on; Learning about rhyme and rhythm; Developing communication and learning new words. I am a fully qualified Early Years Practioner, fully CRB checked and currently am working at a pre-school and nursery in Devon. Music and specifically the guitar is a passion and i believe children can start learning at a very young age and i also believe music can help with childrens development in the Early Years Foundation Stage and the first stages of school. Sessions last approximately one hour and due to my employment bookings will need to made in advance. Bookings available from April - FIRST LESSON FREE!! £10 Per session thereafter.
