Vrons opened in The Dronfield Arms in June 2013. Our aim, to provide our customers a friendly, comfortable & informal environment in which to enjoy our delicious home cooked bar & bistro style food.

Wherever possible we use locally sourced produce, including our customers’ allotments
Our delicious flavoured breads are from family run Butlers Bakery, on Pentland Road in Dronfield.
There is an extensive selection of premium lagers, ciders and well-kept cask ales in The Dronfield Arms bar, & wines are served by the bottle and carafe; please ask to see the wine selection.
You are welcome to eat in the bar or downstairs in the bistro
If you choose to eat in the bar, we ask that you place your order with staff at the bar

Wine Tasting Evening
Once a month, on a Wednesday, we have a fun evening tasting wine from different countries, with a delicious themed 3 course supper
The cost including all wine is £28 per head
Please ask staff for the date of our next one
There are usually around 6 wines to taste, from a chosen country, supplied by Barrels & Bottles of Chesterfield
As you taste the wine during supper, Barrels & Bottles wine expert will inform you of its grape and origin when you will have the opportunity to make notes on each one.
