Carried out on a 1:1 basis which is personal to you'r e fitness needs, Our Fitness Instructors design you're own training session as well as motivate, encourage & support you through your training. The best part is it much cheaper than employing a personal trainer.
WAIST MANAGEMENT - Perfect for those with a busy schedule. Using my exciting new cardiovascular training methods you will really feel the burn. Its a great way to kickstart the week & burn off those excess calories from the weekend.
PURE CARDIO - There is NO fitness class to match Pure Cardio. In this class you will be working it to the max & will burn some serious calories! If you need to lose lbs you can literally sweat them off at Pure Cardio.
SHAPE SHIFT - Nothing but abs. If you want a strong core & a sixpack this is the class for you. Using unique core conditioning methods your abs will feel the burn & help get that flat tummy.
FIT CLUB - A supreme group fitness session that weather permitting involves a small outdoor jog followed by tabatta style intervals indoors. Everymajor muscle group gets worked in this extremely effective full fitness session.

CAVEMAN/WOMAN - Caveman Training combines strength training, explosive training, aerobic and anaerobic training, agility and speed, balance, strong man training, old fashioned grunt work with traditional exercise to create an incredibly challenging and effective total body program.
It produces fast and measurable results by conditioning each of the bodies energy systems along with building functional strength, endurance and coordination.
