Easily accessible, we are just a stone’s throw away from the Cardiff Students Union, Cathays railway station and within walking distance of Cardiff’s city centre.
Unique in design, the venue and its staff offer laid-back, friendly service enhanced by superb facilities. A blend of contemporary and vintage themes transcends the food and drink menu, decor and audiovisual entertainment, submersing our customers in a world of old and new.
At Kama Lounge our approach to food is simple. Source the freshest ingredients, prepared by top chefs, tailored to suit our customers. Why not create your ideal eat-in or takeout dish with our simple 3-step, create-your-own option or alternatively, select one of our delicious set dishes, created by our resident chefs. A range of vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available.
The Kama Lounge boasts an extensive range of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments. Whether you want to quench your thirst with one of our premium cocktails, or you fancy sipping on one of our bottled world beers, we can provide a drink to match the mood (even if it is just a cuppa!).
Entertainment is paramount at the Kama Lounge. An eclectic playlist provides a soundtrack to your Kama experience whilst our in-house screens and projectors display films throughout the day. We have live acoustic entertainment on a weekly basis and welcome any local or travelling artists.
Finally, our hand-crafted secret garden provides sanctuary for our customers (and shelter!). Planters containing fresh herbs frame the seating area, providing a wonderful scent and supplying us with organic, fresh mint which we use in our mojitos. All of these elements fuse together, allowing our customers to enjoy their Kama experience in a comfortable, outdoor setting.
