North Bromsgrove High School
North Bromsgrove High School is a High School and Sixth Form Centre located in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. It offers education for GCSE and A level courses. It is also a specialist Arts College.In a 2008 Ofsted inspection the school was given an overall a Grade 3 (satisfactory) result, with a Grade 2 (good) for its sixth form.The school has established three new houses - Pinewood and Ealing, named after British film studios to reflect the schools connection with the arts, and Murdoch - named after media baron Rupert Murdoch.FacilitiesThe main school building was recently rebuilt in 2007/08 and stands alongside the Millennium block which was opened by Queen Elizabeth II in the year 2000. The school was opened to students in September 2007 but the actual opening ceremony was held in 2008 when construction work was completed.
