The Lymm Duck Race is a charity fund raising fun day for all the family in Lymm village centre, with lots to do as well as enjoy the duck race.

One of the last remaining old orchards in the area is behind the Rectory next to Oughtrington Community Centre. There is an opportunity to restore the orchard and to enjoy it. Our project aims to restore and maintain the rectory orchard as a community orchard to provide an amenity for local residents and users of the community centre.

Lymm Ladies Circle is for all young women aged between 18 and 45 years living in or around Lymm. We’re a group of girls who want to have some fun, socialising, fundraising and much more. We are a varied group and anyone is welcome. Some girls have been in Lymm all of their life, where as others are new to the village. Some have kids and families, others are young, free and single. We have people working in all fields including teaching, medicine, IT, HR, beauty therapy, property and music. The main focus for Lymm Ladies Circle is fun and friendship. We get up to all sorts of activities including wine tasting, BBQs, canoeing, bowling, the races, karting, theatre trips and nights out. We’ll do anything that gives us a chance to go out, have a laugh and hopefully the odd glass of wine! We also raise money for local and national charities and community organisations and take part in local community events such as Lymm Duck Race, Lymm May Queen Festival and Dickensian Day.

Lymm Youth & Community Centre can be hired for meetings, sports events, children’s parties, fairs, exhibitions, social events and much more. Please browse the website for the latest events listings.
