Community Link Foundation

Community Link Foundation

Heritage house 1st floor 9b Hoghton street, Southport ,
The vision for the Charity is to provide support that helps improve and enhance the lives of people in our community. From Southport, up to Tarleton, across to Ormskirk and down to Formby. For example, if a person is in need of special equipment to enhance their lives and if they meet the Foundation’s criteria, we would look to assist. Or if a Charity that already exists needs help with projects or fundraising then we are here to help. The foundation is the brain child of David Barron of Barron Financial Solutions who over the past 10 years has raised money for Claire House Children’s Hospice by staging the “Glitter Ball Event” and with the great generosity of the local people has raised a staggering £217k. So it is due to this success that David now wants to launch a Charity Foundation for Local people in the Local Community. This will all be done by raising money through various events throughout the year, from coffee mornings, to kids fun days, children’s football matches, tea dances, race nights, ladies lunches, golf events, sponsored walks, quiz nights, bingo nights and many more.
