Belmont Circle, For those of you that have had the pleasure of living nearby, will know that it has hundreds of years of amazing history and over the past 20 years it has changed constantly, however a great local community. We can relate Belmont circle and events in the area to perhaps a soap on tele where it all happens. In the past, there have been rumors of local brothels, brawls, people smuggling, arson and all kinds of weird and wonderful things, however all in all, on the surface it seems like just another shopping parade.
