Weight Loss Therapy is ideally suited for someone who;
1) Is willing to work with Wendy to reach their ideal weight and stay at their ideal weight.
2) Has lost weight in the past but has put weight back on again.
3) Is currently following a healthy eating plan but cannot lose any more weight.
4) Has low self-esteem and poor self-image due to their current weight.
5) Has tried all sorts of diets but none have been successful.
6) Constantly thinks about foods they like but should not have, making them feel miserable.
If you have answered yes to any of the above then Weight Loss Therapy could be your answer.
Weight Loss Therapy is all about balance. Being able to reach your ideal weight and keep it whilst still being able to live your life and enjoy it too!
It is not a diet, although healthy eating is recommended alongside Weight Loss Therapy.
Wendy will be your own personal weight loss advisor and can offer as many sessions as you wish for you to reach and stay at your ideal weight.

The number of sessions will vary for each person depending on how many problem areas they need to cover.
Weight Loss Therapy can be booked as a package on an individual basis or as a
½ day course for 2–3 people, covering one of the above problem areas e.g. emotional eating.
Session details
(1 person)
Wendy recommends four Weight Loss Therapy sessions to begin with over a period of four weeks (one session a week). This will cover one of the problem areas relating to weight loss. If the client wishes to cover additional problem areas then further sessions can be booked at the end of the fourth session.
Session details are as follows;
Session One (1 ¼ hours)
• Completion of weight loss forms/questionnaires.
• Introduction to Weight Loss Therapy.
• How to create a visualisation board.
• Understanding the difference between emotional and physical eating.
Session Two (1 hour)
• Completion of another questionnaire relating to the client’s main problem area regarding weight loss.
• Weight Loss Therapy – Part one.
Session Three (1 hour)
• Weight Loss Therapy – Part two.
Session Four ( ¾ hour)
• Clients questions answered
• Complementary Indian Head Massage or Oriental Hand Massage for the client - a treat for losing some weight!
Session details
(2–3 people)
A ½ day course will cover one of the main problem areas relating to weight loss, for example emotional eating. Further sessions covering any other problem areas can be booked at the end of this course.
½ day course (3 hours)
• Completion of weight loss forms/questionnaires.
• Weight Loss Therapy - covering one of the problem areas relating to weight loss for example emotional eating.
• Creating a visualisation board.
• Understanding the difference between emotional and physical eating.
