I am fulfilling a lifelong hobby and ambition in becoming a professional cakemaker. I have four daughters and over the years have made birthday cakes to their personal choice making each and every cake special. They have given me tall orders and according to the faze at the time I designed and created the perfect cake. Now my children are grown up the more sophisicated cakes like 18th, 21st, Engagement, Wedding Cakes and Christening Cakes will join my portfolio.
