TENANT FIND:
We find a tenant, professional reference then organise the Shorthold Tenancy Agreement which will leave you to manage the day to day running of the let. We carry out:
- Tenant find
- Marketing
- Referencing
- Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Notify all utility companies
TENANT FIND PLUS RENT COLLECTION:
All the above plus:
- We will collect the rent via standing order
- Provide monthly statements
- Pursue rent arrears
- Serve possession Notice if required

- Pass all the paperwork to the T.D.S adjudicator in the case of a dispute.
