Hypnotherapy is a safe and gentle form of deep relaxation. A Hypnotherapist uses hypnosis as a technique to encourage deep physical and mental relaxation known as 'hypnotic trance'. You cannot be hypnotised against your will or without your knowledge. Whilst in this pleasant state negative behaviours and thought patterns can be replaced by new positive habits of thinking and behaviour. The results are personal, based on the initial issues and the goal of the client.
