Our 18 hole downland course measures 6546 yards with a par of 69 and SSS of 71. Our comfortable en-suite rooms in the dormy house can accommodate parties from 2 to 24. Golf societies are welcome monday to friday by arrangement. Visiting green fees are also welcome 7 days of the week, county card and twilight rates available. The clubhouse is open all day with bar and catering facilities to suit all.

Our coaching philosophy is based upon treating each golfer as an individual and using coaching techniques which you learn by the best. *Free Video Analysis* All of our lessons include the use of Video analysis at no extra cost. Afterwards we provide you with a follow up email which details everything we worked on during the lesson, together with still images of parts of your swing. This is a free service that we like to provide which can really help you in understanding your golf swing a lot easier.

We're a friendly and sociable, mainly road running club, based in Seaford on the South Coast, whose members regularly take part in a wide range of events throughout the South East and elsewhere. We are active in the Sussex Road Racing Grand Prix, in which we were the 1998, 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2011 Champions, and also have members who enjoy participating in ultra distance, cross country and triathlon races. And for those who prefer to take things slightly slower, we also have a recreational walking section, the Seaford Strollers. We meet in the Olympic Bar at the Downs Leisure Centre, Sutton Road, Seaford, BN25 4QW Our main Club night is every Wednesday at 7.00pm, when we cater for all abilities, over a range of distances up to 9 miles. We also meet every Monday at 7.00pm, in the coffee lounge at the Downs, again aimed at all abilities, but at an easier pace up to 6 miles. and the rest We have a Committee which is elected annually at the AGM in December and meets every two months or so to discuss the running of the Club. As well as all the running, the Striders know how to relax as well, and there are a quite a number of fun events which are organised throughout the year by the Social Committee. This all culminates in a splendid Xmas Dinner and Presentation Evening, when many trophies are awarded. The Club colours are black vest with black shorts, all available, along with other items, at very reasonable cost, from the Kit officer.

We put on four plays a year, which run the full gamut from broad farce to subtle thrillers, gentle comedies, all time Classics and serious drama, our aim is to give the local community a memorable theatrical experience that is enjoyable, varied and has been produced to the highest standard possible.
