I first qualified in Massage at Debbie Fosters School of Beauty and Therapy 2009 in Swedish Massage. Since then I have completed several other courses including Advance Massage Technique and STRelease Massage. I will shortly be attending a course on Myofascia release and also Alexandria Technique. I am currently in my 3rd year of training to become a Chiropractor at the McTimoney School of Chiropractic, expecting to qualify in 2015. At Massage For Motion I primarily focus on: Postural Analysis, Deep Tissue Massage Neuro Muscular Technique, Soft Tissue Release Tecnique, Swedish and Holistic Massage. My main aim is to work with the individual and remind the body what it can do and facilitate the healing process.
