Our personal training gym in Mobberley, near Wilmslow, Cheshire has a relaxed, friendly, low-key, ‘family’ atmosphere designed to put even the most gym-phobic clients at their ease. It has treadmills and fixed weights machines, but you won’t be using much of those.. Oh no that’s not how we do things as you will soon see! you won’t find any of that boring cardio workouts here! As well as having a wide array of bodyweight exercises to suit everyone from the complete gym novice to advanced athlete, we have a wide selections of dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, Swiss balls, boxing/karate pads, Olympic rings, trx suspension training and just about everything your personal trainer could possibly need to get you into great shape in super-fast time.

The Cheshire Polocrosse Centre is based at Mobberley Riding School and offers riders without their own horses the chance to have a go at this exciting sport! Polocrosse at MRS is available to all who can walk, trot and canter independently no matter what age they are. We currently have three sessions a week running on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Saturday - 4pm-5.30pm seniors & adults Sunday - 3.30 - 4.30 beginners (all ages welcome) Sunday - 4.30pm-5.30pm juniors Monday - evening 3 week courses, please ring for dates New riders are always welcome, please ring to discuss which session will be most suitable for you.
