Housed in a 300 year old, grade 2 listed traditional style stone building, the bull has everything you need in a pub, and more. Lee, the resident manager, is ready to make you feel right at home, and the bull has some of the best staff you will find in the country. Let me tell you a little more, about what to expect when you enter its doors:
The Atmosphere:
There's always a whole host of great characters, up for a laugh and welcoming you to join them for a chat. The people in the Bull, including the staff, could not be better. There is no rowdy behaviour, just relaxed, informal atmosphere. If your lucky (and its your kind of thing) you might even be able to join in a game of cards, dominoes or a pool tournament.
The Drinks:
The great thing about the bull, is the fact it's an independant pub, not tied down by a chain. This means they can choose to sell whatever they like. Expect a huge line up of the best real ales, changed all the time, lagers, ciders, spirits and soft drinks. Prices at the bull are A class, with real ales starting at just £2.10. House spirits are also very well priced at between £1.70 and £2.50 each. Your spoilt for choice with a huge selection of alcopop bottles, including all your favourites, and some you have not heard of before.
Pub Food?
The Bull has got a great reputation in the area, for offering the best pub food around. From Steak And Chips to a sunday lunch, the bull has it all. Freshly prepared by the competent staff, your meal is served with all the trimmings, at a price that won't break the bank. The menu features all the classics, gammon; chicken; soup of the day; salads and plenty more. There is no need to book, just turn up, sit back and relax with a glass of wine!
Entertainment?
Oh Yes. The Bull has two fruit machines, a pool table and a jukebox. In addition to this, it has an upstairs function room, which shows the biggest sports games on a huge projection television. The Bull also hosts various events throughout the year, It truly is a great community pub. Sometimes, the bull is also host to such events as quiz nights, real ale festivals, karaoke and so much more
Can I stay here?
The simple answer is yes. Phone Lee, the Manager and ask what accomodation they have available. As the pub is very popular, the rooms can quickly get filled with visiting workers, so book in advance. The rooms are of a basic standard, with television, comfortable beds and nice decor. They are not en-suite, but are very reasonablly priced.

Directions: Just look out for signs to Newport Pagnell, all over Milton Keynes. Once in newport head through the town centre, and when you see the golden fry chip shop, turn right (mini Roundabout) over the bridge, and the bull is on your left. Ample Parking!
