The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and range cooker. The playroom for the children can act as a 5th bedroom if required. There is a downstairs toilet and a utility room with tumble drier. Upstairs are four light and airy bedrooms, all with plenty of room. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite, and a family bathroom. Centrally heated and comfortably furnished.

The apartment has 2 flat screen lcd TVs with integral DVD, wireless internet and a luxury travertine tiled bathroom. 1kingsize bedroom with en-suite, twin beds in a snug and sofa bed in lounge area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and cooker. Please note the apartment is below the cottage and on occasions some movement noises can be heard from above.
