Paul Adams MNAEA has been a leading figure in the local property industry for over 25 years. He has been Chairman of the Leicestershire branch of The National Association of Estate Agents for three consecutive years and is Vice Chairman for 2010/2011.

Paul is one of the most highly respected property professionals in the area and still has a direct involvement in the business carrying out the majority of valuations personally. Having sold property successfully in the area for approximately twenty five years his local knowledge is second to none. Janet has been selling property in the area for ten years, six of them with ‘Adams & Jones’. Renowned for offering cheerful friendly advice and exceeding service expectations and communication, through occasionally fraught negotiations, much of her business comes through personal recommendation. Matt is the most recent addition to the Adams & Jones team. He moved into estate agency directly after graduating approximately seven years ago. An extremely knowledgeable and popular property professional he can offer sound valuation advice founded on his many years experience of successfully valuing and selling property in Leicestershire.
Jenny Colyer MARLA - Lettings Manager
Jenny’s involvement has been one of the main reasons that ‘Adams & Jones’ is one of the leading letting agents in the area. By offering a bespoke service to individual needs, ranging from a basic tenant find service to full property management, Jenny can satisfy most service and price requirements. The lettings market in Market Harborough is very brisk and very few of our properties are available for more than a couple of weeks.
Becki Adams BSc Hons – Negotiator
In June of 2011 Paul’s daughter Becki joined the family business and has already proved to be an enthusiastic asset to the company. Becki is currently studying for the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Award.
