I am a fully qualified yoga teacher offering classes and private tuition in and around the Malvern area. I’m a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and trained with Vidya Jacqueline Heisel of Frog Lotus Yoga.
My style of yoga is a gentle Vinyasa Flow to develop strength and flexibility in the body. My classes are deeply relaxing and contain a variety of poses making classes accessible to everyone.
The word vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” This style of yoga focuses on linking the breath with movement and is often referred to as a moving meditation. The poses flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.
