We provide training and emotional support to help the transition, with the support starting while men and women are in prison and continuing after release. Each client is treated as an individual and each employer as a unique organisation in order to ensure that we achieve a successful match and a positive outcome for all.
As well as finding our clients paid work we also aim to secure quality voluntary placements as the first step on their journeys to resettlement, paid employment and a career.
We aim to help our clients and their families, become financially independent and autonomous, and thus reduce reoffending, break the cycle of disadvantage, empower offenders to become role models for their children and others, change employers' attitudes, improve the thinking and life skills of offenders, and build the prisoner's self-esteem.
