Each cake is made and designed by Jill who is a Food Technology teacher. Qualifying at FL Calder in Liverpool in 1978. She has been creating Wedding Stationery for the past 5 years and now with her background in food is turning her skills to creating delicious wedding cakes. Jill works from home in her newly refurbished kitchen. She is based in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire and has been given the : Hygiene rating of 5-Very good All of our cakes are freshly bakes to order in our kitchen. There are a wide variety of cake flavours and fillings to choose from and if you don’t see the flavour that you would like please let us know and I am sure that we can oblige. You may even have a favourite recipe that you would like us to use. ALLERGY/ SPECIAL DIETS Wheat and gluten free flours can be used to cater for special dietary requirements. ORGANIC ingredients can also be used although there will be a slight increase in price as a result. The price of your wedding cake will depend upon the size of your cake and the complexity of your chosen design and decoration. Mikk Mikk Rushton; the salon owner and manager has obtained over 38 years of hairdressing experience. He has worked in Accrington for his entire Hairdressing career, with three successful salons under his belt. Now Mikk is extending his business further and launching his new shop in his hometown of St Anne’s. You will be awarded a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) upon successful completion of the course which is accredited by the NCFE. This is an internationally recognised qualification and will allow you teach English in the UK and overseas. Our practical courses take place over two days on a weekend, or over three days during the week (Birmingham, Cambridge, Manchester and London only).
