Marc Forrest Personal Training believes the long term welfare and development of all its athletes and clients is paramount, working professionally and extensively with individuals to ensure they become the best they can be. Through the deliverance and implementation of tailor-made one to one pre-conditioning, corrective exercise and injury prevention coaching as well as various other services, we strive to assist athletes in achieving success and fulfilling their potential. Committed to individuals, teams and organisations to ensure high standards of training and preparations are ensured and maintained long term.
Our belief is to deliver high quality advice, support and training that can be integrated into elite athletes’ training programme, working with and alongside their coach or coaches to ensure they have the best opportunity to deliver top level performances on a consistent basis while avoiding the risk of injury, by being provided with carefully planned, detailed and specific preconditioning, corrective exercise and injury prevention.
Marc is a huge believer in the emphasis and application of the principle ‘marginal gains’, where by focusing on the small improvements of various areas related to the preparation of a chosen sport, athletes can achieve a considerable advantage that sets them apart from their competitors as well as enabling them to reach their desired performance. In addition to main training, by directing attention to the ‘detail’, aspects of preparation that may seem small or of little significance, when collectively addressed results in higher overall standards which can give athletes the confidence and belief to stand ahead of the rest.
