We offer camping and water activities for Scouts, Guides and other organisations. Evening visits are welcome especially by local Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Guides and other Groups, particularly youth groups.
Altho our Bricks and Mortar shop has gone, we are still here and happy to help with any questions you may have. we are still loooking at booking into many fairs and this year we have been to 5 different major fairs in the east midlands. We will be looking into running our own fairs in the future, so please do bare with us in this massively disruptive time.

Each of our classes consist of a 1 hr Tae Robic workout session to help you achieve a complete body result with our muscle toning and strengthening exercises and fun cardio workout. Each session is followed by a full weekly weigh and measure to help you keep on track with your targets. Full nutritional advice is also available with programmes to suit each individual need.
