At TinyTalk we believe that sign language encourages early communication. To understand and to be understood is fundamental to our well-being and our sense of self. Signing provides a way of introducing language to pre-verbal children, enabling them to begin to express their feelings, wishes and needs and to make sense of the world. This early and explicit start in language development also helps early speech. We believe that music enriches our lives. Singing is fun! Through singing and making music, language skills can be developed as well as mathematical, musical and analytical thinking skills too. Even social and co-operative skills can be improved! We take great care in what we do - and we take care in what we do very seriously. We know that, to our parents/ carers and their children, our classes are of major importance. No two children and their parents/ carers are the same and each child needs individual attention. To ensure a child makes the best possible progress, our classes have to be delivered in a precise and methodical manner. Accordingly, we have developed our own class programme which ensures, right from the start, that classes are delivered exactly in accordance with our proven format. Camelon Class - Mondays 10.00 - 11.00 in Forth Valley Sensory Centre Stirling Class - Wednesdays 10.30 -11.30 in the Ochil Centre Larbert Class - Wednesdays 13.00 - 14.00 in the Dobbie Hall Polmont class - Fridays 10.00-11.00 in the Polmont Church Hall

INTRODUCTION: Hello my name is Kathleen, but to my friends i am known as Feline Ferocity, or Kat. I would like to first welcome you to my new Facebook Page, i am an Amateur Photographer, just trying to share my work as far and wide as possible, while learning about my Camera and Photography in general along the way. Photography is a huge passion of mine, and have dreams of eventually selling my work in my own online store. I love taking photos of anything and everything, from random objects to animals and trees. It helps me take my mind off of the heavy things in my life and i find photography therapeutic and rather enjoyable. It also helps make me to appreciate the simple things in life so i try to get out as much as possible to capture moments on film. My mission is to get my work out there, and seen by as many as possible. You could all help by sharing and liking my Facebook page and i hope you enjoy my work. ABOUT US: I have always been into taking photographs of random objects as a young child, but it wasn't until i was given my first DSLR Camera from my late Father who sadly passed away in May 2011 that i took a real interest in photography in general. A Year after getting to grips with my new accumulated equipment, i decided to buy an upgrade as i wanted to be able to do more with photography that my Fathers Camera wasn't able to do. When it came to selecting my new upgrade, it took months of research as the money i was about to spend was quite alot, more then i have ever spent on a Camera before so i wanted to make sure that my new Camera was going to be able to do all i wanted it to do, and last a good few years. In the end it was a toss up between a Nikon, and the Canon.. eventually i decided on the Canon Eos 1100D, ordered it and it was on its way. I was so excited about my new purchase that i could hardly wait, and i began counting down the days until its arrival. Funnily enough, my new Lens was the first item to arrive.. talk about the sheer and utter torment. My new Camera finally arrived the next day, and i immediately unpacked it and placed the battery on charge.. i had to wait a further two hours before i could explore my shiny new equipment. The battery had finally charged and i placed it into the Camera, and i was able to start taking my very first photos. My very first photo i took was some rain drops on the window, i wanted to test out how close up photos would look and i was really surprised by the quality and sharpness of the shot.. i could have squealed with excitement and i knew that before long, i would be out in the big wide world starting a collection of beautiful photos.
