Berry Farm Cottage is a delightful 17th century Devon farmhouse in the picturesque village of Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot. Nestled in the foothills of Dartmoor, South Devon, it offers bed and breakfast accommodation superbly located for Newton Abbot Racecourse, the area's beautiful beaches, rambling countryside and historic towns.

We have a large room filled with different activity stations, including role play, dressing up, activity table (art, tactile etc), snack cafe table, construction, small world, ride-on toys and a physical play area. We have an adjoining but separate area for carers with young babies which is equipped with a nappy changing area, baby gym, soft mats, Bumbos, bouncy chairs, a Jumparoo and plenty of toys suitable for this age. This group is organised by volunteer parents and everyone helps with the running of the group. If your child is content, it is much appreciated if you can help set up the activities and clear away at the end of the session- many hands make light work!
