With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, in addition to an earlier career as a Professional Dancer, fitness instructor Sharon Boddy offers classes and personal training to help improve everyday health benefits, through local gyms and leisure centres in the North Tyneside area, as well as through new venture BoddyFitness.
