Sport Pembrokeshire works with local schools, sports clubs, teachers, coaches and volunteers to provide opportunities for everyone to take part in physical activity and sport.

There are three levels of Award - Bronze, Silver and Gold. For each you complete activities in four sections, Volunteering, Physical, Skills and Expedition. At Gold level you also take part in a residential project.

He made me feel confident in myself, and as a result, i drove on the motorway just 3 days after passing my test, and now im quite happy to drive anywhere.
