The Square is the coolest live music venue is Essex! And it's run 100% independently by 4 dedicated local musicians, and an awesome staff team.
The bar opens from 4pm Weds - Sun, and from 7:30pm on Tuesdays
Wednesday night is open mic night. Kicks off 7:30pm, free entry.
Thusday nights host Incoming! where we showcase the best new bands around. Free Entry for members, £4 otherwise.
Friday & Saturday nights host various gigs from new bands on the touring circuit to one off gigs from veterans of the stage, including some tribute bands. Prices vary depending on the acts booked. Doors open at 8pm. Check the 'tickets' tab to the left for our full current listings.
The Square Quiz night is the 2nd Sunday of every month.
Our bar prices are the best in town! Beers from £2.20 a pint and Spirits from £2 a shot!
