LHAPS is a Community Interest Company (CIC) providing honest, local property maintenance services to individuals and businesses throughout Lochaber. In November 2009, Lochaber Housing Association set up LHAPS as a non-charitable subsidiary company in order to carry out activities that the Association, as a charity, could not, and was established too as a CIC so that the Association could protect the company's surpluses for the benefit of the community and for the provision of training and employment opportunities. The main business activity of the company is providing a comprehensive reactive, cyclical and planned maintenance service for the Association and its tenants.

These apartments have recently been converted into self-catering holiday flats (formerly Glenlochy Guest House) and are ideally situated at the end of Glen Nevis and the old West Highland Way yet still only a 10 minute walk from the bustling town centre and the railway station. The four very well equipped apartments should suit all budgets. All apartments are available nightly or weekly on a self-catering basis, If you don’t fancy cooking your own breakfast we have the Ben Nevis Woollen Mill only a stone throw away from your door where they have a very nice restaurant which offers great value breakfasts. Why be confined to a small bedroom in a B&B when you can have the freedom of a whole apartment for less?
