Hi there, my name is Charlie Rainey and I’m the owner of Chandlers Ford handyman Ltd, I started the business just over 5 years ago after leaving Newsquest where I was a Senior Publishing Manager. I have grown the business from scratch up to a team of 6 qualified tradesmen plus a full admin support team; we provide a reactive maintenance service to Businesses, landlords and Home owners and currently deal with some of the major players in the property rental market in the south Hants area who value our competitive prices, practical advice, integrity and Cando attitude.
The services we can provide to landlords are extensive, from fixing a leaky tap to whole property refurbishment both internal and external, for businesses we can change light bulbs, fix furniture, hang shelving and dry wipe boards, washroom repairs, to complete office decoration and refurbishment. For home owners it’s anything from hanging a picture or curtain rails, Kitchen and bathroom fitting, whole house redecoration, Garden fencing, decking, patios and driveways.
Our one stop shop is always open with the phones manned during normal office hours, and our aim is to turn around those small annoying repair jobs within 48hrs from acceptance. Why not try us out you’ve nothing to lose but everything to gain.
