We are a small family run business, working from home in Dunfermline, offering our clients a wide range of treatments. I am a qualified massage therapist, offering treatments in sports injury and remedial massage. I currently work with Glenrothes Juniors covering their games on a Saturday, this is my second season with the team, previously helping out at Oakley Utd for 3 seasons. Anybody who enjoys a sport at any level will know how frustrating having an injury is, and that individual desperately wants to get back to their chosen sport as soon as possible. Deep tissue massage can help this along the way, I also can help devise rehab programmes post op and sports taping and strapping to help with injury prevention.
Lauren completed her training at Mary Reid Spa Academy in Edinburgh and currently works at Stobo Castle Health Spa . She offers a wide range of beauty and relaxation treatments to her clients such as manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and Swedish massage.
We are both trained in Indian Head Massage, Hot stone massage and Spray Tanning.
