POUND FARM Enjoy a break on our 80 acre working Beef and Sheep Farm, set in the beautiful Devon countryside, just 4 miles off the M5 junction 28, ideally situated for exploring Exmoor and Dartmoor both are within a 20 mile radius and both north & south Devon coastlines. ACCOMMODATION 2 bedroom static caravan set in its own enclosed grounds. Sleeps up to 7 people. Dinning room: seating area can be made into a double bed. Galley Kitchen: Fridge, microwave,4 ring electric ceramic hob and full size oven with grill. Bathroom: shower with washbasin. There is a separate WC and additional hand basin. Lounge: flat screen TV with DVD player & freeview built in. Modern brushed stainless steel electric fire with coal effect fuel bed. OUT BUILDING/UTILITY ROOM. We have a very useful adjacent storage/ utility area, idea for storing your wellington boots, beach things & Fishing gear. There is also a shower & WC within this area. OUTDOOR AREA There is Seating & BBQ area PARKING Private parking beside the caravan for up to 2 cars. FISHING Fishing pond that is stocked with Silver fish, Tench, Rudd and Perch. You will be able to fish as many times as you like during your stay at no extra cost.
