Rocce Pizza
Our name ROCCE (Ro-ch-ey) is the Italian word for stone, which makes up the heart of our oven. There's a very simple reason for that as everything tastes much better when cooked by the woodstone oven.
Our ingredients are sourced from artisan farmers and suppliers in Italy who use authentic traditional farming and manufacturing methods.
The tomatoes we use in our delicious homemade sauces are a variety called Roma, which are grown in the Parma region of Italy and are considered a perfect match for pizza due to their unique sweetness.
Our flour is a blend of the finest "00" grades and is traditionally milled on stones in Ravenna, Italy.
The cheese we use is fior de latte, manufactured in Naples by a small family run business, and our cured meats and hams are sourced by our Italian partners from small artisan farmers in Italy which are imported weekly.
Finally, our ice cream is from Oddono's gelati and is produced on a daily basis from their laboratory in South Kensington using special in-house recipes.
