The BSAH is everything you would expect from a leading veterinary hospital. Having opened as the Royal Veterinary College's small animal teaching hospital in Camden in 1932, the hospital was the first of its kind, offering facilities and medical care previously not available for pets. As a fully equipped RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) accredited hospital, we offer a full range of services for your dog, cat, rabbit, reptile or other small animals from preventative health care to life saving operations.

We provide opportunities for young people aged 14-17 years old and 18-35 years who have an interest in journalism. The services we offer include: Mentoring Work Experience Careers and Networking Events Funding for academic journalism training. We are a member of the Professional Publishers Association and successfully launched the only industry based magazine mentoring initiative MAGNET which is in association with the Periodicals Training Council. Our friends include: BBC Magazines, ITN, the Guardian, Pearson PLC, Hearst Magazines, Shortlist Media, Haymarket, Bauer Media, Redwood, Immediate Media UK, News International and Readers Digest to name a few. Our careers events take place four times a year. We also support media publishers and companies through the advertisement of their career opportunities and assisting with Graduate Recruitment. Our projects this year include: 'Our London Olympics' - which offers 25 young people the opportunity to report on the Olympic Games 2012.
