You are probably reading this because you, or maybe someone close to you, would like to make some positive life changes, and so you're looking for therapies, or a therapist who can help. Perhaps you feel that you are being held back in your life; by habits, emotions or a state of mind, and now feel it's time to do something about it. Maybe you are coping with dramatic changes.
