Our holiday home is an ABI Westwood Lodge, which at 13ft x 40ft provides spacious and light accommodation. It benefits from double glazing and central heating, so is ideal for any time of year. Our home is located on its own plot, with private footpath to the main road, and has parking spaces immediately adjacent. Our location on the park is ideal for all the facilities as we are a 2 minute walk from the main complex and shop, as well as the pedestrian walk through to the beach, and less than 5 minutes from the fishing lakes located on the site. Our home now has a large veranda at the front of the caravan, with the decking continuing along the side and up to the main entrance. This makes it perfect for not only enjoying outside, but also helps to ensure that small children can play securely directly outside the lodge. Inside, there is a separate lounge with freestanding furniture, a sofa bed, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, as well as an attractive fireplace. There are French doors that lead directly from the lounge out onto the decking. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the pans, cutlery and crockery you will need to enjoy your stay. There is also an integrated fridge and separate integrated freezer, a gas hob and large oven/grill, a microwave, kettle and toaster. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed, dressing table and walk-in wardrobe. There is also an en-suite toilet and sink. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, drawers and dressing table so plenty of storage for all of your things. Our holiday home is furnished and decorated throughout to the highest standard, and we do hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do. Bookings All of our available dates are provided above. However, if you are looking for a longer/ shorter break then please do contact us. We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings. The balance is to be paid no later than 14 days prior to your stay. A £50 security deposit is also required. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure, providing no breakages or damage is found, although I am sure you will treat the home with the care and respect we do. Check-in time: 3pm / / Check-out time: 10am Burnham on Sea Holiday Village Our holiday home is located on the Haven Burnham on Sea Holiday Village, and so benefits from a range of facilities on your doorstep. The complex has both an indoor and outdoor pool, and an outdoor play area with extra activities like trampolines and bouncy castle during the summer. There is a Papa John's pizza service on site, as well as a large restaurant catering for all tastes. A Spar shop is also there for your convenience. Please Note: Holiday passes are not included in the cost of your stay, but these can be obtained from reception upon your arrival. The site is located within walking distance of the main Burnham on Sea town, which has a range of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a family friendly beach. Nearby you will also find Cheddar Gorge and wooky Hole caves, Brean leisure Park, Clarkes Shopping Village and Weston Super Mare.
